50 great treadmill workouts by 50 great fitness experts

Your entry can be in either:

  • Text format with 1 photo
  • A Jpg Format of your workout
  • A spreadsheet format of your workout

You may add a short (Approx 100 words) amount of text that either explains the workout, tells us WHY it is your favorite, or BOTH.

Please let us know if your workout is for Beginner or Intermediate

Winning entries will be published in the e-book which will have long term placement on Treadmill.com

Winners will also be able to promote on their e-book page their own social media as well as their own websites and blogs.

The book as well as the individual entries will also receive promotion through Treadmill.com Social media.

We want this to be a win-win. Treadmill will have a great e-book for its readers on its brand dew designed site (a few weeks out) and the writers will be able to get branding though the Treadmill brand.
